About me
- I face challenges head-on. When I moved to the US, there were so many things that I felt I didn't know well and I could not do by myself. Instead of accepting my disadvantages, I pushed myself to keep learning in order to fit into my new environment. As time went on, I became stronger and my confidence grew. My new life in the US, and all of the struggles that went with it, made me realize that I am capable of adapting despite the odds and can take on any new challenge with positivity.
- I value diverse insight. I have had the unique opportunity to live in and visit many different countries and meet people from all walks of life. I am fascinated by the differences (and similarities) of people and how they are shaped by the culture(s) they live in. I have a deep respect for the perspectives of all people and I am always open to learning new things.
- I like helping people. Throughout my career I have worked in both big and small teams. Over the years I have formed close relationships with people at all levels at each of the organizations I have worked for. I feel that those relationships are a result of my willingness to go above and beyond to help others, my reliability, and my decision quality.
